H.I.I.T. Work Out:
This work out as explained in the video can be done under a time restraint or as intervals.
Time: Set your timer for 15 minutes and do as many rounds of steps 1-5 as you can within that 15 minutes.
OR
Interval: Each set done as many times within 20 seconds and then a 10 second break, then move to the next set. ( Ex. Burpees for 20sec – rest 10 sec – Inchoworm for 20 sec – rest 10 sec…. Etc.)
1. Burpee – 10 reps
2. Inchoworm – 10 reps
3. Plank Jacks – 10 reps
4. Skater Hops – 10 reps
5. Plank Climber – 10 reps
