BIRTHFIT Professionals live and breathe the Four Pillars of BIRTHFIT as they serve and lead women in their communities.
BIRTHFIT Professionals are chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, ObGyns, and more. Our certified professionals are trained in BIRTHFIT philosophy and DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) principles in order to support your body’s innate wisdom during and after pregnancy. Working with a BIRTHFIT Professional means you’re in good hands and your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey will be supported by someone who believes in the power of fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset to make you ready for whatever comes your way.

BIRTHFIT is an approach to birth. We challenge the status quo and ask the questions no one else asks. We read, research, experiment, and consolidate all the common sense, time-honored wisdom, and recent studies we can find and present that information to you through various education models. Our pillars are fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection. We unconditionally support YOU—the birth mom & birth partner—to make the best decision for you and Baby.
BIRTHFIT is a state of readiness. Childbirth is perhaps the most physical, mental, and spiritual experience of a woman’s life. We want you to be ready in body, mind, and spirit for the experience of birth and the lifelong journey that follows.
BIRTHFIT is your support team. We are a team of practitioners, educators, chiropractors, coaches, nutritionists, fellow mamas, men, and women who are involved in our local communities and we are all rooting for YOU.
We are not just another prenatal and postpartum fitness company.
We are not just another birth education company or women empowerment cheerleaders. We do not teach comfortable material in our seminars or birth education classes. And we certainly do not tell women, and their partners, what they want to hear.
We come from a place of compassion and integrity. We embrace radical truth and transparency. We meet the woman where she is at. We show up as the authentic version of ourselves to hold space for the woman and her family. And, we efficiently communicate what we believe wholeheartedly is the truth.
Our objective is to create a standard of excellence within the motherhood transition that we will constantly reflect, improve, and evolve upon. We are changing the game. There is no room for mediocre effort or unintentional action.
BIRTHFIT Classes
We believe women deserve adequate rehab and movement guidance after birth, vaginal or cesarean. Unfortunately, there is no standard of care or rehab for women in their first year postpartum. We are here to guide you.
We believe women should embrace proper strength and conditioning training while they pregnant. In fact, it is the most important time in your life to train and nourish your body. We’re here to support you.
