Make sure your body is ready for romance both in and out of the bedroom:  I used to always chuckle at the TV commercials for Viagra yes, I have the maturity of an 8th grade boy sometimes.  “Make sure your body is healthy enough for sex.”  I’m pretty sure any 98 year old man would say he’s healthy enough.  Well if you’re 98, or 28 and want to ensure you are good to go for Valentine’s Day then read on!
